Journaling and meditation

I started writing notes as I read different books by Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Deepak Chopra, and somewhere along my spiritual awakening it developed into automatic writing. The more I wrote and meditated, the more connected to "Source" I became. Now I keep notebooks everywhere, as my connection gets stronger I get "messages" from my Guides, and I have discovered that I need to write them down because if I don't, when I become grounded I don't remember the visions that I have.

Have you a Guide to spare?

I'm not sure i know the meaning of awakening. Perhaps it's because i can't fathom it. Sometimes i think i try too hard. Maybe not hard enough, i don't know. Notes are good. I have thim all over. I loved "the power of now." Easy one of the best books i've ever read. Dr. Wayne isn't chopped liver either and although i've never read Deepak Chopra, i have enjoyed listening to him over the radio and on tv. Smile
